Why Is It That I Am Always Tired?

On some days it can be extremely hard to find the necessary time for a proper, well balanced meal. We juggle meetings all over town, work late, trying to meet impossible targets, live out of suitcases and even try and pack 25 hours into a 24 hour day. Very often we have only enough time for a very quick cup of coffee, maybe a snack and a pastry from the closest coffee shop. Sure, you might feel energized after this break, but in reality you are eating the wrong kind of food. Eventually you are sure to develop problems with your metabolism and you'll start asking yourself why I'm always so tired. But that's not all, you have been depriving your body of vital nutrients. Considering all this, it should be obvious that your whole diet, the way you live your life, stress, anxiety, your medical condition and many other things can give you obvious pointers to why you are always so tired.

Feeling of anxiety and being under stress can put a pressure on your emotional well being and thus can be the reason why you are always feeling tired. Your blood pressure increases and many damaging hormones such as adrenaline are secreted in your body. One reason why you might feel always tired soon after losing your temper is that the body has to divert its already scarce reserves of energy to restrain the rising blood pressure and levels of hormones. In reality, losing ones temper too often is potentially lethal for people who have high blood pressure with compromised cardiac status.

Many of the generally prescribed pills especially those for depression may cause you to feel always tired. Treatment for cancer for instance often involves extended energy sapping treatments and in the end you might end up feeling always tired.

Some anemic patients also report feeling tired. In this case, a person has a low red blood cell count. Red blood cells bring oxygen to the cells of the body. A low red blood cell count may point to the fact that many of the millions of cells inside your body are not getting enough oxygen. As a consequence you�ll feel tired much more regularly.

But what can you do in an event that you are feeling always tired. Detoxify yourself with a glass of lemonade. Make sure you eat sufficient amount fresh fruits and green vegetables in your everyday diet. They are the most natural reserve of necessary nutrients. Restrict your intake of all alcoholic drinks to the minimum and make sure you stay away from smoking altogether. Try to avoid stress at your home and your office. Doing this will ensure and your family lives longer and better lives. A fitness routine like running or swimming or going to a gym is one of the best ways to keep your body fit and energetic. Plus you won't feel always tired anymore.
